FYI: 265/35/19s up front will rub (top of fender liner), stay with 255/35

You can check Tirerack as far as dimensions and proper available sets that'll fit, the rear 10s can do 295/30 (as 285 is not available in the PSSs).

Use this to see how your speedometer reading will change once you move from stock sizing
