The Magnaflow cat back may be worth consideration as well.

Congratulations! A 135 is almost an M. Brembo brakes, good weight to power ratio etc..

With respect to cloth tops, I think they are better. Hard top convertibles have very little space in the trunk with the top down. My 128i can take a couple good sized rolling bags + other stuff with the top down. The multi-layer tops BMW uses are also pretty quiet. I'm glad the 1 has a cloth top.
