That's a bunch a BS!!! If you didn't actually break it/foreign object make contact....That mirror should be covered under warranty.
Its a defective mirror......period! Is this BMW of Mt laurel?
They have been "slipping" in everything now that they are no longer Desimone.
I would go back to another SA and raise some hell. Demand they fix this.
