Then it spumds like you are simply seeing the normal boot screen for the OBC.
The 30k inspection also includes mechanical checks and a road test. For earlier models such as the E46, it was called "Inspection 1" or "Inspection 2" and added $200~300 to the cost of an out of warranty oil change when due.
