Does the bbk still have some some slack before taking up ?
Had that prob for a while with last pad / rotor change. Gone now thank god as it made threshold braking very awkward.
Had a good drive today, and the slack is still evident. How did you solve the problem? When I release the brakes after it starts bitting, they work awesome. However, after I drive for a little bit, the slack is there again.

Anyone else have any idea that would be good.
They were bedded in?? Is it slack or soft pedal?
I think it is slack as how koastal described. If I lightly touch the brakes there is a click but no stopping but a little more than there is feedback and behave normally. Once engaged and released completely and apply immediately there is no problem.

If I engage the brakes quickly enough then it doesn't seem to have any problem either.

It was bedded according to instructions.
