I don't think it would be a big issue as long as you're not hitting any huge holes. However be careful with mud. I was traveling on some dirt roads recently and it just rained so the dirt roads were completely muddy. Needless to say I turned off traction control and had a little bit of fun. A few hours later I got back onto regular highway and I had a very bad vibration at 110km/h till 160km/h then it smoothed out again. I was lucky to be near my parent's house and my dad has a shop. I ended up pulling the rear wheels off and they were caked in dirt, not a huge amount mind you but enough to create a small pile when removed. Turns out that dirt was throwing off the weight balance of the wheel. Once I washed it all out the car worked like normal.

Just an FYI.
