Thanks kobeballer96, but this other head unit does NOT fit the pre-LCI BMW E87... It fits the LCI one, after 2007... Just take a look at the picture of my dash and the one of the installer kit you've sent, and you'll see they are quite different in height... so I won't be able to fit this incredibly nice unit on my car :-(
