There is other jacking points under the body if you can get to them, or some use hockey puck. You can use your normal jack on those adapter, it might break them a little, but if it is only to swap wheels, you should be fine, just don't go under the car... Those special adapter are a pain in the ass at first, but once you have the right tools, they are a charm to work with.
