I have searched and it there are plenty of threads about it but I think we need a final thread with consensus & perhaps a sticky on which oils are required.
This is what I have gathered;
Engine - 5W30 LL-04 (LL-01 for the US guys)
Gearbox - MTF-LT-5 - BMW PN: 83222156969 - 2L
Diff - Castrol SAF-XJ (SAE 75W140 GL5 BMW) - 1.2L
