In my hunt for a 2nd hand LSD, i've found an entire M3 subframe & Diff setup complete for $1200 + shipping. Just how hard is this swap for someone to do in the garage? Obviously the shaft will have to be sent out for welding tother, but is the rest simply a bolt-up job?
