Yes but generally the E38/E39 shafts are a lot cheaper then the M driveshafts (wreckers think cos its off an M3 a DS is worth $600 where as dirty old E38 DS is worth $50-100)

Hey mate,
I picked up a M3 diff - Is there a specific E38/39 drive shaft? Or are they all the same no matter what engine?
