Having purchased my CPO car a couple of weeks ago, I subsequently received an email invitation to complete a survey. However, this was not the standard survey about the buyer's dealership experience; this one asked for my thoughts about the specific car I bought, the BMW brand, and the company's future direction. The email indicated that I had been "randomly selected to participate" in this survey.
Interestingly, the survey included questions regarding:
- Features that should be standard on BMWs.
- Adjectives that the public associates with the BMW brand (for example, I chose "Sporty" and "Luxurious", but could not bring myself to select "Reliable").
- Awareness of and interest in forthcoming electric and/or hybrid BMW models.
- Whether run-flat tires constitute a positive or negative feature of my car.
Has anyone else received this survey?
