Anyone know what options I have regarding my neighbor opening his door into my 29 day old 1 Series and causing a significant ding? It's very noticeable, even from across the street; that's how bad it is. I witnessed the whole thing, but by the time I grabbed my shoes and ran out, he was gone. I'm waiting for him to come home right now. If he denies it and does not cooperate, what are my options?
