I have neither (see cars I do have in my sig).

That said, if I were in the market for and e82 (and I do find them tempting), I'd rather have the 128i than the 135i. I don't like turbo power delivery and the hpfp, carbon buildup, and turbo failure issues are all serious issues that I wouldn't want to have to deal with. The 128 will likely be a MUCH more solid option as people start putting on more miles/owning these out of warranty. Above all else, though... I'd rather have the 220 lbs less weight than the extra HP.
