EDIT: Rust-Oleum makes a caliper paint as well... And they claim it can withstand up to 900F (The Dupli-Color only 500F):

I've used that on my previous car before, with a little sanding and priming that stuff will hold up pretty well. Used it to pain engine bay cover and a few other pieces that are prone to heat soaking.
