I've been happy with Rust O Leum products but I used duplicolor paint on my calipers. I do one autocross a year where I am on the brakes hard and repeatedly but only for less than 2 minutes a run. The duplicolor has done this 4 years now with no signs of coming off. So whatever temperature it will withstand seems to be adequate. I bought my paint mail order from JEGS.
