My taupe with black at the heel area mats came from a BMW dealer that sells over the internet. I think it was Tischer. They are not great mats, I would call them OK mats. Other than the heel area they are pretty thin.
I put in the iDrive cup holder using parts from Tischer. You can get the part numbers from RealOEM. There is a DIY in that section. The hardest part is probably removing the console from the car. Pulling the gearshift knob off was surprisingly challenging. Any dealer could do this but I don't know if they will. After the console is out, you have to cut a hole and then screw the mount pieces together. Then the console goes back in and you have the cupholder. The parts were not what I call cheap but it is my favorite cup holder. The DIY walks you through it well. The main task is getting the console out.
