Update:
Just got back from an awesome visit with BMW in The Woodlands. I told them exactly what I wanted, offered them $500 over invoice, and it was a done deal. Most pain-free car buying experience I've ever had. Wish I would've gone there a few weeks ago.
Now comes the long painful wait for the build and trip across the pond.
