Sadly the rear tires have the exact opposite problem with the inside wearing out too quickly (I assume due to negative camber). Any idea on fixing that, or am I just SOL here?
What you may be running up against is that the front camber is non adjustable, stock, and the acceptable stock number can even be a bit positive. While the back is adjustable, and negative, stock. Or maybe something is bent. Maybe the alignment you got is hosed.

Then, if you drive fast on soft tires....

What are those tires? Before you just throw mods at the car, you need, not just an alignment, but to know what your camber and toe is, on each wheel individually. It's possible something is bent. And improper toe can destroy tires faster than camber.
