Thats what I meant as t how do we support a product that after 4 weeks is still waiting for an answer.....First Question was on 16th Jan and still not answere, 2nd on 2nd of Feb....still not answered.
Like I said I bought a system that was fully paid for from Dynavin that did not arrive and when called customer support it went unanswered. I had to resort to Credit Card company to get my cash back.
HOW DOES ONE EXPECT TO TRUST A COMPANY LET ALONE THEIR PRODUCT.
Many with HK system want an aftermarket that works with the prof system but the bitter aftertaste is hard to swallow.
