You can either simply put HID bulbs into the halogens like every ricer honda fan boy or get some sort of projector headlights and put them into that. I personally went with Depo for entire headlights that include angel eyes. Unless you mean you are going to fabricate projector lenses into the Halogen housings, that would be something new that i haven't seen on a 1er as of yet. You could pick up depo halogen housings for about 150 bucks each if you don't want expensive stock ones.
