Guys, as the title says.
Since in most, if not all places the Ferodo DS2500's are on back order for our 1er's, I wanted to hear from people that have had Hawk HP+ pads and used them as both daily drivers and track events (Circuits/Autocross) pads.
What did you like/not like about them, initial bite and performance in hard usage and occasional driving. I currently have Cool Carbons but on track after they heat up I get a bit of shudder under hard braking, and that I really don't want while on the 'ring or Hockenheim.
Also, has anyone ever changed just the front pads for track and left the rear pads the same? If you know of other pads I am also open to different ideas, suggestions or advice. Thanks
