You have to lay out the money initially for the repairs and submit all kinds of paperwork which gets messed up about %75 of the time which only further delays your payback.
They do not replace/repair dented rims...the rim must not hold air otherwise its considered cosmetic. Your fillings can fall out the vibration is so bad, they wont fix/replace it.
I paid something like $1500 and in the past few years have only used $800 in legit claims, no rims because the insurance sucks, just tires. Ive taken about $300 out of pocket for rim repairs.
You probably wont stick with runflats, so consider the prices of the tires you will actually be putting on the car. The tire must also be relatively new to be approved for replacement.
