We are just stating that the penalty was incredibly harsh. Even accounting for the fuel advantage, he would have been on pole. And even if they felt the need to apply a penalty (which is acceptable), stripping him of ALL times is incredibly harsh. Why not just strip him of his Q3 times? Clearly, his times were legal in the first two qualifying sessions.
