I have the same wheels as you but in 18x7.5 and 18x8.5
I was planning to run 225/40 front and anywhere from 235/40 or 245/40 or 255/35 rear.
for you, I guess the range can be between anywhere of 215 to 235... or else the tire will look too fat for the wheel. there really isnt an "ideal" setup.
