I do not know. It is very hard to say with different lighting conditions. The hatchback in the photo is Le Mans blue for sure since it comes with the M Pkg. and Montego is not available in combination with the M Package in the 1er (until the 135i appeared).
There you can find a 3er Coupe which is for sure Montego blue (no M-Pkg.):
