I have owned ALOT of cars since I started driving 27 years ago, and I have spent time driving semi exotic cars like 911's, Panamerica's, and have been tempted by Cayman's, but few have ever felt so right to me like these 135s (911 not-with-standing - cant afford 'em). The One is Smooth, comfortable, torquey, and even practical. Yea they understeer, but they also ride very well and are quiet too. They offer a nice reserve of GO, without constantly reminding you that its sporty.
I also think that short of an M3, nothing BMW has comes close to these for all around competence - especially for the money. That fact that they are rare, means that these are our little secrets of greatness.
There I feel better...I am a One Series Addict for sure.
