The DCT shift speed is terrific and the car is fun to drive, but on a car like this I don't think there's any way a DCT can compare to a manual when it's just a question of spirited driving. I have a DCT and don't regret it, but it's mostly a practicality thing of not having to drive a stick in city traffic all the time.

It seems like the op loves the manual so they should probably go with another 6MT.
Like the poster above I went with the DCT and I don't regret it. It's a very good auto transmission. I had manuals for most of my life and I enjoy the ease of an auto now for a daily driver.
