If you see the dealers as being opportunistic in pricing the car higher then MSRP to capitalize on buyers 'need' to have a 1M then sure...but no one 'needs' a 1M.
Opportunism would be better demonstrated by jacking the price up on snow tires when a local government passes a law making it illegal not to have your vehicle equipped with snow tires in winter.
