Have you been careful to keep the swirls out of the paint finish?

Yes, hardly any marks in the clearcoat and nothing that couldn't be easily rubbed out. Nothing at all to be worried about. Even the most well kept car have a few fine scratches in the clearcoat when you really se eveything in the sun.

Is there warranty paperwork from Dinan that comes with the car and parallels the factory warranty?

All you need is a copy of the invoice which I have, plus Dinan knows my car has the software they know the vin of every car their software gets downloaded into.

The Dinan site specifies that the oil cooler upgrade is "required" for the Stage 2 s/w. does your car have the oil cooler upgrade?

The dinan oil cooler is not required as long as the car has the factory oil cooler installed. Cars without the factory cooler have to go with stg 1.

How is the tread wear on the tires?

Rear tires have less than 600 miles on them. Fronts have approx 5mm left.

I assume the summer wheels are still free of any curb rash?

Not a spot or mark on any wheel. They are perfect.

Any issues with clutch due to the increase in hp/torque?

None.
