Hey man, I have a ER CP and Tial BOV. No issues with the standard setup. Every car is different, but the vast majority of them are fine on the 1/8" stock intake nipple.

If you get BOV flutter that can't be resolved with the right spring, then you'll need to tap the manifold with the 1/4" nipple.

I was worried about this too, but asked Terry(BMS) directly, and he was right. Hope this helps.
