Stefan, maybe it was a dealer car, they've got one spec'd out like that sitting in the showroom at Calgary BMW, I checked it out this morning. The CF trim looks tempting...
Edit: Had a closer look at the car this afternoon, the 135 is fully spec'd out with the BMW tii performance parts, trim, steering wheel, diffusers, wheels, CF sideview mirror caps, spoiler, etc etc. About $17k in performance parts on top of the $46k MSRP and regular options.
