Long term storage

Hi everyone,

I am planning on NOT driving my car for a while because I moving to a city where it's easier for public transportation. So I was wondering what is the forums recommendation on proper engine maintenance for periods of time where the car is not driven. I have a trickle charger that I plan on hooking up and the car will be kept in my parents garage.

Like should I tell my dad to drive it at least once a month or something? So that the engine could be lubricated?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank again!
