Ah, OK. Larry's wheel offset was 41 and he used a 3mm spacer with, apparently, narrower tires. Looks like a net front offset of 32-38 for 9" wide wheels is about ideal for inside clearance. Fender clearance is still subject to verification, although Larry seems to be satisfied with his setup.
