Leather and dash dullness!!

There are so many different opinions/facts out there on how to treat leather but I am trying to figure out the best products to get (at a reasonable cost) in order to maintain the leather seats my 1er. My car is originally from las Vegas, it has Boston interior and it is slightly faded, dull looking. I am looking to revamp the look and feel of these seats they just feel crisp and stuff, not to the point of worry but enough to have me disgruntled. So I am currently looking at this product:

Is This a decent product to rejuvenate the seats? If not, what do you guys recommend?

Next topic, dash pieces...

Ok so my dash pieces above the glove compartment and Directly underneath where the key fob goes is/are chipping, peeling or whatever you want to call it and I want to stop it before it becomes a cancer problem and spreads throughout the entire body panel.. Now for this one I have no opinion or clue how to control this so please help before its too late!!!

Thanks!'
