Not sure what you mean by 'adapter'. Spacers are available starting at 3 mm. I'm suggesting you get 5x120 et 45s to start with. Pick your tire size and then after it's installed determine what size spacer you want if any. Tire size depends on what you are trying to accomplish. I'm running 235/40f and 245/35r. I'll be the first to admit that this is not the most popular setup but I did it as it got me very close to square with the same 18x8.5 wheels all around. My offset is 45 and I have no spacers (and no rubbing). Again, this is a matter of taste and my priority has not been to maximize flushness on the car.
