Shouldn't that statement be read as:
"The market for 1M's in mint condition in the UK has been rock solid, so it'll be interesting to see where this ends up and for how much it sells" ?
Don't know the status of the 1M put up for sale, but IMHO
"trouble selling",
"5 price reductions" and
"the buyer will in essence be the 4th owner" aren't reassuring tell-tale signs for a 1M with 5722 miles. Might have encountered hard days during its youth.
