Update:

- Opened the hood and noticed the "suction hood" was not connected to the airbox(doubt this will make a difference). Number 14: http://parts.bmwofsouthatlanta.com/s...=0&modelYear=0

-Charcoal and air filter looked clean.
-Replaced the air filter with a Fram unit for now.
-Cleaned the MAF sensor with electronics cleaner
-Sprayed in some intake cleaner.
-Reset throttle adaptation(doubt this will do anything for MPG)

Vehicle has more pep but still guzzling gas. Next would be the plugs, highly unlikely they are bad as the air filter was pretty clean.

This leaves the 02 sensors and possibly the fuel filter/pressure regulator assy. The dealer basically won't do crap if there's no code.
