I have come across the number being 350 in the USA. I can't verify this for a fact, however.
If accurate, then each dealership might expect 1-2 1M Coupes. However, given differences in sales volume, some larger dealerships will probably get 3-5 vehicles whereas others only 1 vehicle.
I think this underscores the importance of getting on a waiting list ASAP.
