I have a pretty stripped 2011 135i with 9600 miles and wish I had I-Drive. This caught my eye

I pay $480/mo on my car right now and owe 19k on it... I wonder if switching into this lease at $420/mo and $500 lease transfer fee with I-drive/comfort access/m sport package/premium package would make sense for me financially. In order to calculate that, I need to know the car's residual value, and I need a lease transfer account to sign in to get that information.
Does anyone have a lease transfer account who would be willing to find out the car's residual value for me?
