Do they do a sniffer test where you are? If not, non-catted will be fine since the JB4 has the integrated DP fix. If they do use a sniffer, I'd say play it safe and get the catted versions, or just swap the stock ones in for testing.
Definitely one of the best mods you can do performance wise, makes the engine much more responsive, especially when combined with a tune.
Based on all the reviews on them, the fitment is perfect. On a otherwise stock exhaust it isn't too much of a increase in volume. Going completely catless will yield a negligible gain in perf but will sound a bit better, depending on how loud you're willing to tolerate.
Bang for the buck I'd take these over the AR's, there isn't a big enough performance difference to warrant paying that much extra.
