If I'm correct on the e36 M3 didn't run ITBs, at least in the U.S.A.

Would be sick to have ITB's with a plenum on a twin-turbo engine, but it's not going to happen. Partly because this project was rushed and they wanted to keep development costs down. The proof is the expected power output being very close to the Z435is which doesn't have this.
If this car has
ANY more power than that car, it will be due to software tuning.
Don't expect to be amazed by this car in anything but handling, which is fine for many of us, barring the price is right.
