Get a spare set of rims with dedicated winter rubber, usually a 1" decrease in rim diameter and same size front and rear (square set-up). Although you can mount/unmount winters you have to consider that you'll be paying for 8 mountings/unmountings per year plus balancing. Plus if you get caught by another surprise storm it's easier/safer to mount your winter wheels/tires at home than to drive somewhere to have winter tires mounted. If you plan on doing any driving in the snow, forget A/S tires altogether.
