Jeff, I used to be a Honda/Acura guy (drove a second gen Integra for 6 years). I test drove a TL-S when comparison shopping against the 135i.
You're going to love the 135i. The TL-S felt like a boat compared to the 135i, and there's no comparison between the two powerplants. The power delivery of the N54 engine in the 135i just towers above that of the TL-S.
