If you can hear the windscreen washer bottle motor running then see if you can perform an isolation test to find the blockage. Disconnect the tube from the windscreen washer bottle and see if the water comes out of - make sure you spray into something so water doesn't go everywhere. If water flows then reconnect the tube and disconnect it from the nozzles and retest. Hopefully, you should be able to determine if the blockage is in the bottle, tube or nozzle and clean appropriately or replace if required.
