Either way...after new plugs, swapped coil pack positions, added catless downpipes, and switched maps from Stg1 Aggressive to Stg2 Aggressive, I'm no longer misfiring. The car feels good, just not quite as quick on the throttle as it did with Stg1 Aggressive.

interesting. As I am not stage 2 I can't say I anything about your loss of low end power (that would suck though, big time) But I'm glad they sorted everything out for you. I haven't had any issues since my coilpack went about 7k miles ago...still waiting for next ones to go out... we'll see!
