My email to BMW after they replied 'Mastercard attracts $150 charge'

The purpose for this is of course frequent flyer points. I called Mastercard who said it's against Mastercard Merchant practices to impose Fees on consumers ONLY for Mastercard purchases. Amex has no official rules and therefore fees are able to be charged.
With this in mind, will BMW accept a mastercard payment of $10,000 without fees for the deposit. I know Trivett has a system that allows consumers to buy cars or pay for deposits using such cards for this very purpose
