Not the biggest saving weight wise. But removing the weight from the highest point will make a substantial difference. Lowering the centre of gravity, should increase stability and allow the suspension to work even better. Especially in a car where all unsprung weight has been removed.

This combined with CFRP Hood & Boot will be a pretty good weight saving.

Unfortunately in our cars, there is only so much weight that can be taken out easily.
