Yeah I'm familiar with removing the front end but one thing I won't mess with is changing the timing belt my self. I have an Audi shop that I have a good history with that will do the inspection and t-belt change.

Twin turbo upgrades will be fun but as you know requires removing the engine to change them. That's why when the stock ones soon (unless they've been recently been replaced) I'll go single turbo so I only have to pull the engine once and never again for future turbo work.
