Also, the subject to a test drive helps you out too. Simply say you don't like the drive. If the dealer has any integrity he should give it back without much fuss. With that said, most dealers are a pain in the but and getting your deposit back often takes some coercion.

+1 Good points excel. You should be able to get a refund no problem. Don't let them BS you.
